Activate with your email
- 1Install Synergy and open it from the Start menu.
- 2Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
- 3Your license is linked to that email and picked up automatically.
- 4If it does not appear, message support — no manual activation is needed.
Activation is online. Your license is tied to your email and covers one Windows PC.
Troubleshooting
My FPS did not go up
FPS depends on your PC and the game. Make sure the game is running when you optimize, close your browser tabs, and try again. If your PC is already maxed out, Synergy can still reduce stutter and background load, but it cannot add power that is not there.
A game stutters or crashes after optimizing
Press Undo in Synergy — Windows goes back to how it was before the optimization. Then try again with fewer tweaks. If it still happens, send us the game name and your PC specs on Telegram or Discord.
My license is not showing
Make sure you signed in with the exact email you used at checkout. If you changed your email, contact support with your order ID or Razorpay payment reference and we will update the license.
My license is active on another PC
Each license covers one Windows PC. If you are moving to a new PC, contact us with your order email and the old PC name so we can help move the activation.
The app is blocked by security software
Synergy is a signed per-user installer and does not install a driver. If your antivirus flags it, allow the installer and add the Synergy install folder to your allow list, or contact us for a checksum.
