Refund policy

All Synergy license purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, cancellations, or credits after a license has been issued. This policy explains that rule, the limited situations in which mandatory law requires a remedy, and how to raise a payment or activation problem. If the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you a stronger right, that law prevails.

1. All sales are final

Once your payment is verified and your license is issued, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after purchase, including in these situations:

  • You changed your mind or bought by mistake.
  • You did not use the license or used it only briefly.
  • You found a cheaper product or a different offer.
  • You no longer need the license or your plans changed.
  • You dislike the design, features, or user interface.
  • You expected a specific FPS number, benchmark result, latency, temperature, or compatibility that we did not promise.
  • Your PC does not meet the stated requirements, or software on your PC conflicts with Synergy.
  • A game, emulator, anti-cheat system, or platform changed, restricted, or banned your account. We do not control those systems.
  • A game or emulator update, a Windows update, or a change to the alpha version affected your setup.
  • Your license was shared, resold, transferred, or activated on more than one PC in breach of the license terms.

These examples describe situations in which we do not offer a voluntary refund. They do not limit section 2 or any right you have under mandatory law.

Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, please review the plan, system requirements, features, and alpha status before you pay. Every plan includes the same features and covers one Windows PC. Performance depends on your hardware, Windows installation, drivers, game, emulator, and network.

If you are unsure whether Synergy fits your setup, contact us before buying. We would rather answer a question than have you buy the wrong product.

2. Mandatory statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces a right you have under mandatory consumer law. If the license is not delivered, is defective, or is materially not as described, you may have a statutory right to a remedy. If a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies and was not validly waived, you keep it.

In those circumstances, we will honour the remedy required by the law that applies to you. Depending on the law, that may be repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. We may first ask for a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem or provide a working license. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, we will provide the remedy the law requires.

We may ask you to verify the order, describe the problem, and provide logs, screenshots, or other evidence so we can investigate. We will not use that process to delay or deny a right you have under mandatory law.

This section is the only basis for a refund after delivery, apart from the payment-error corrections in section 4. It applies despite the final-sale rule in section 1.

3. Digital content and the EU/UK withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The period normally starts when the contract is concluded.

Synergy is digital content supplied immediately. The withdrawal right can be lost only where the law permits, and only if you gave express consent to immediate supply, acknowledged that you would lose the right, and we confirmed that acknowledgement. Where those conditions are met, the purchase is final after delivery. Where they are not met, your statutory right remains available and we will honour it.

To exercise a withdrawal right that applies, email support@synergy.arnislive.com with the subject “Withdrawal” before the statutory period ends. You can use the wording below, but you do not have to.

Model withdrawal statement

To: Synergy, support@synergy.arnislive.com. I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the supply of the following digital content: [plan and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].

If you validly withdraw, we will refund the amount you paid using the same means of payment, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed. We do not charge a fee for exercising the right. If we failed to give you the required information about the right before you ordered, the withdrawal period may be extended under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in section 1 reduces that right.

4. Duplicate, failed, and unauthorised payments

We will correct genuine payment errors. These are not change-of-mind refunds. Contact us if:

  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • You paid but did not receive a license, and we cannot deliver the correct license within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged after a failed or cancelled checkout and no order was completed.
  • An unauthorised payment was made using your payment method. We will investigate with Razorpay and, where appropriate, refund the amount received.
  • We cancel your order because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, a sanctions or legal restriction, or a delivery failure. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount received.

We may ask for the payment reference, order email, and reasonable evidence. Do not send your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank password.

A failed or declined payment is not a completed purchase and should not be captured. Your bank or Razorpay may show a temporary authorization hold; those holds are released under the provider’s rules and are not a charge by us. A license is issued only after Razorpay’s payment is verified by our server or a signed webhook.

5. How to raise a problem

Email support@synergy.arnislive.com with the subject “Billing issue” or “Refund request” and include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The order number, payment reference, or Razorpay payment ID.
  • The plan and purchase date.
  • A clear description of the problem and what you have tried.
  • Screenshots, error messages, or logs if they help explain the issue.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, or within the longer period that mandatory law provides. We aim to acknowledge a request within 48 hours and to resolve it within 14 days. Under the Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. If we need more time to investigate a payment or technical issue, we will tell you and give an expected timeframe. A shorter statutory deadline always prevails.

If a refund is due, we will send it to the original payment method through Razorpay or the processor that handled the payment. Razorpay may support UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, or other methods depending on your location. We cannot send a refund to a different card, bank account, or person unless the law requires it and we can verify the change safely. We initiate approved refunds promptly, normally within 3 business days. Banks and payment providers usually take 5–10 business days to credit the refund, and UPI, international, or card payments can take longer.

Refunds are made in the original transaction currency (Indian rupees, INR). If your bank or card provider uses a different currency, its exchange rate and fees may mean the amount you receive differs from the amount you paid. We are not responsible for those provider fees, but we will refund the full amount we received where the law requires it.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before starting a chargeback or payment dispute. We can usually resolve duplicate charges, failed deliveries, and activation problems faster than a bank investigation.

If you start a chargeback, we may suspend the license while the dispute is investigated and provide the payment processor with the order, delivery, activation, and support records needed to respond. We will not retaliate against you for exercising a lawful dispute right. If a chargeback is reversed or found to be fraudulent, we may restore the charge and take reasonable steps to recover the amount, where the law allows.

7. Statutory consumer guarantees by region

The following summaries are not exhaustive. They describe rights that may apply in addition to this policy. Mandatory local law prevails if there is a conflict.

European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom. Digital content and digital services must conform to the contract. If they do not, you may have the right to have the problem fixed, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract and obtain a refund. The withdrawal right in section 3 also applies. You may use the consumer authority or ADR body in your country. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; it is no longer available for new complaints.

Australia and New Zealand. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If there is a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. If the failure is not major, you may be entitled to have it fixed within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed, you may be entitled to a refund. Nothing in this policy excludes those guarantees.

United States and Canada. State, provincial, and federal consumer-protection laws may give you rights that cannot be waived, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and remedies for deceptive practices. In Canada, provincial consumer protection laws may also apply, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, which provides cancellation rights for certain distance contracts. If you are in the United States, you may contact your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission; if you are in Canada, you may contact your provincial consumer protection office.

India. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply. You may have the right to seek a refund, replacement, or compensation for a defective or deficient product or service, and to complain to the District, State, or National Consumer Commission. Our Grievance Officer can be reached at support@synergy.arnislive.com with the subject “Grievance”. Indian law does not generally provide a change-of-mind cooling-off period for digital content that has already been supplied, but mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Brazil. The Consumer Defence Code (Lei 8.078/1990) gives you a 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made outside a commercial establishment, including online purchases. You may also have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for defects. You can contact Procon or use the consumidor.gov.br platform.

Other countries. If you are in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, or another country with consumer-protection law, you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will handle your request in accordance with the mandatory law that applies to you.

8. Business purchases

If you buy Synergy for a business, company, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Consumer-protection and withdrawal rights may not apply to business purchases. Business purchases are final sale, and we may decline a change-of-mind refund. We will still review a genuine delivery or defect claim in good faith. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service, payment providers, or the law. We will post the updated version and change the “Last updated” date. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you. A change does not remove a statutory right you already have.

10. Contact and complaints

Refund questions and billing problems go to support@synergy.arnislive.com. You can also message us on Telegram at @ARNISLIVE or on Discord at @ARNISLIVE.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact a consumer protection authority, ombudsman, ADR body, or court in your country. In the EU, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country. In the UK, you can contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards. In Australia, you can contact the ACCC or your state consumer agency. In New Zealand, you can contact the Commerce Commission or the Disputes Tribunal. In India, you can use the consumer commission system. In Brazil, you can contact Procon. In the United States and Canada, you can contact your state, provincial, or federal consumer office.
