Terms of service
These Terms govern your access to the Synergy website, the Synergy Windows application, and related services. They are written to respect mandatory consumer, privacy, and digital-content laws around the world. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.

1. Who we are
Synergy (“Synergy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of ARN IS LIVE and is operated as part of the same ecosystem as ARN AUTH. The operator is Aryan Chaudhary, an individual-owned project based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. Synergy provides a Windows optimization application, a website, and related download, license, and support services (together, the “Service”). You can contact us at support@synergy.arnislive.com, on Telegram at @ARNISLIVE, or on Discord at @ARNISLIVE. The full statutory service address, GSTIN (if applicable), telephone number, and Grievance Officer details will be inserted here before commercial launch in jurisdictions that require them and are available on request.
Shared ARN IS LIVE account. Synergy and ARN AUTH use the same Clerk authentication instance. Creating an account, signing in, or accepting the shared account terms on either product makes the same account identity available to the other. Synergy keeps its own orders, licenses, and Convex user record; ARN AUTH keeps its own developer, application, and validation records. Suspension, closure, or deletion of the shared account may affect access to both products.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
2. Acceptance, eligibility, and age
By downloading, installing, purchasing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy, Refund policy, and DMCA policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to purchase a license. If you are below that age, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only if you are at least 13 (or 16 where required in the EEA or UK). The Service is not directed to children. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for a minor’s use.
You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including export-control or sanctions laws.
3. The Service
Synergy is a Windows utility that applies system tweaks, removes selected background apps and optional Windows components, adjusts telemetry and performance settings, and provides optional emulator tools such as APK/XAPK installation, keymapping, macro tools, and paks backup and restore. The current release is an alpha version and is under active development.
Synergy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, Tencent, Garena, Krafton, Riot Games, Valve, Epic Games, BlueStacks, GameLoop, MuMu Player, LDPlayer, or any game publisher or emulator vendor. All third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, supported Windows versions, supported emulators, and integrations. We do not guarantee that any particular game, emulator, hardware configuration, Windows build, anti-cheat system, or third-party service will work with Synergy.
4. License grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fee and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Service on one Windows PC, for the term shown on your plan and in your account.
Unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not:
- copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service or a license;
- share a license key, account, or activation email outside your own use;
- activate one license on more than one PC or bypass the device limit;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code;
- remove or alter proprietary notices, or circumvent technical protection measures;
- use the Service to develop or provide a competing product;
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
These restrictions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from exercising rights that mandatory law says cannot be waived.
5. Accounts, email binding, and activation
A license is bound to the email address used at checkout and to one Windows PC. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. If you change your email address, contact support. We may require reasonable verification before moving a license.
One ARN IS LIVE account. Synergy uses the same Clerk account as ARN AUTH. A single account can be used across both products; creating an account on one makes the same account identity available on the other. Your Synergy purchase and license are linked to that account by email. Deleting or suspending the shared account may remove access to both products.
Accounts are optional and provided through Clerk. You can sign in with an email one-time code or, where enabled, with Google, GitHub, or Discord. If you choose a third-party provider, you authorize Clerk and us to receive the profile data needed to create and link your account, such as your email address, name, profile image, provider account identifier, and authentication result. We do not receive your provider password. Your use of Google, GitHub, or Discord is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by our failure.
If the email returned by Google, GitHub, or Discord is different from the email you used at checkout, your license may not appear automatically. Sign in with the checkout email, or contact support with your order number or Razorpay payment ID. We may verify the order and link the license after you prove control of the relevant email or account. We do not merge accounts automatically based only on a display name or profile photo.
Activation is completed online. You need an internet connection for activation. License credentials are shown only in your signed-in account. Do not post them publicly or share them with third parties.
6. Orders, pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are stated in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. The price shown at the time of checkout is the price that applies. We may change prices for future purchases, but changes do not affect a completed purchase.
Synergy is the seller of the license. Razorpay is our payment processor, not the seller or merchant of record. Razorpay processes the payment and may offer UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, or other methods depending on your location and the checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select.
Razorpay collects and processes your payment credentials, contact and billing details, device data, and fraud-prevention signals. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank password. Razorpay may set cookies or local storage on its own domains. Your payment is subject to Razorpay’s terms, privacy policy, and security requirements, and its data may be processed in India and other countries. You are responsible for any bank, card, currency, conversion, or cross-border fees charged by your provider.
A payment is not complete until it is verified by Razorpay and our server, including through a signed webhook or server-side payment check. A failed, declined, abandoned, or unverified payment does not create a license. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, sanctions violations, a pricing or technical error, or a chargeback risk. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the amount received. If you start a chargeback, we may suspend the license while the dispute is investigated and provide Razorpay with the order, delivery, activation, and support records needed to respond. Please contact us before starting a chargeback.
Depending on your location, taxes (including GST, VAT, sales tax, or import duties) may apply. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. If we are not required to collect a tax, you are responsible for it. We may provide an electronic invoice or receipt. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Delivery, term, and one-PC limit
After a verified payment, we create a license and link it to the email used at checkout. The license is shown in your account after you sign in with that email. Delivery is electronic; no physical product is shipped.
Your license is for one Windows PC. The plan duration and expiry date shown in your account control, subject to correction if a licensing provider reports a different date or if we correct a manifest error. You may not use one license on multiple PCs. We do not auto-renew, and we do not store payment credentials for future charges.
You are responsible for meeting the system requirements and for keeping backups of your data, settings, macros, keymaps, paks, and other content. Alpha software may contain defects, cause settings changes, or lose data. Always keep a backup and use the built-in Undo where available.
8. Final sale and withdrawal
Our Refund policy forms part of these Terms. All purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations after a license is issued. The Refund policy explains the statutory exceptions, payment-error corrections, and how refunds are processed.
Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase, the statutory period applies. For digital content supplied immediately, the right may be lost only where the law permits, and only if you gave the required express consent and acknowledgement before supply began. If those conditions were not met, the right remains available. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived still apply. Our Refund policy explains how to exercise the right.
9. Acceptable use
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with games, emulators, applications, files, and content that you own or are authorized to use. In particular, you must not use the Service to:
- distribute pirated APKs, XAPKs, games, paks, or other infringing material;
- cheat, bot, exploit, or gain an unfair advantage in a game;
- bypass anti-cheat, DRM, security, or access controls;
- install malware, spyware, or harmful code;
- interfere with networks, servers, or other users;
- violate a game publisher’s or emulator’s terms;
- harass, threaten, or infringe the rights of others;
- violate export-control, sanctions, anti-corruption, or other applicable laws.
Emulator tools are provided for lawful interoperability and personal use. You are solely responsible for how you use APK/XAPK files, keymaps, macros, paks, and any third-party software.
10. Third-party games, emulators, and services
Synergy may interact with third-party games, emulators, launchers, anti-cheat systems, cloud services, and platforms. Those services are not under our control and may change without notice. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, bans, account actions, or data practices.
We do not guarantee compatibility, performance improvements, or uninterrupted operation of any third-party service. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any game, tournament, emulator, or platform you use.
11. Alpha software, updates, and availability
The Service is currently labeled version 0.0.1 alpha. Alpha software is pre-release, may be unstable, may change significantly, and may not include all planned features. We may release updates, require an update to continue using some features, or stop supporting a version or operating system. We do not guarantee any service level, uptime, error-free operation, or preservation of settings or data.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and for testing changes before relying on them. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.
12. Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, website, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited license described above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information you do not want us to use.
13. Your content
You retain ownership of macros, keymaps, paks, configuration files, and other content you create or import. You grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the Service, support you, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and import that content.
We do not claim ownership of your game files or personal content. You are responsible for backing it up. If you share content with support, you authorize us to review it for the purpose of resolving your request.
14. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you. It is incorporated into these Terms. Our Cookie policy explains the checkout cookie, Clerk authentication cookies, Razorpay payment cookies, and OAuth provider cookies. If you have a data-protection question or request, contact support@synergy.arnislive.com.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee any specific FPS increase, latency reduction, temperature, stability, compatibility, anti-cheat outcome, or performance result. Results depend on your hardware, Windows installation, drivers, game, emulator, network, and other factors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph below, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, game progress, accounts, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the license giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any non-excludable statutory liability. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to compensation for foreseeable loss under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your content, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
If you are a consumer, this indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country of residence and does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or breach.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, attempt to circumvent licensing or device limits, infringe intellectual-property rights, or if required by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
On termination, your license ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) continue to apply. Termination does not affect refund rights you have under applicable law or our Refund policy.
19. Regional consumer notices
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights in your country. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the following non-exhaustive examples:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: statutory consumer rights, pre-contract information, and digital-content withdrawal rights apply. You may bring proceedings in your country of residence.
- Australia and New Zealand: our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You may be entitled to a remedy for a failure.
- United States and Canada: state, provincial, and federal consumer-protection laws apply, including implied warranties and remedies that cannot be waived.
- India: the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce and digital-content rules apply.
- Brazil: the Consumer Defence Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and LGPD rights apply.
- Other countries: mandatory consumer, e-commerce, digital-content, and privacy laws apply in addition to these Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is inconsistent with mandatory local law, that law prevails, and the provision applies only to the maximum extent permitted. The remaining provisions continue in effect.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws or the right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under those laws. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a competent court.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or our practices. We will post the updated version and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact us about your rights.
22. General
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy policy, Cookie policy, Refund policy, DMCA policy, and the order details form the entire agreement about the Service and replace prior discussions on the same subject.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, network or hosting failures, or government action.
Third-party links: Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Export and sanctions: You must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws and must not use the Service in a prohibited country or for a prohibited purpose.
Electronic communications: You agree to receive transactional notices and legal communications electronically at the email you provide. Notices are deemed received when sent, subject to applicable law.
Language: These Terms are provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only; the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory local-language rights are not affected.
